Figures are estimates

Figures on this site are estimates for guidance, based on the 2026/27 rates published by GOV.UK. They model the standard PAYE position for a single employment. They are not financial advice, and they do not replace HMRC or a qualified adviser. Your actual tax position depends on your full circumstances, which a calculator cannot know.

The official source wins

If any figure on this site conflicts with GOV.UK or HMRC, the official source wins. Please tell us so we can correct it — corrections are verified the same day and logged in the changelog.

Use of the site

The calculators are provided free of charge, "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the figures shown. You may link to any page on this site. You may not copy the calculators, the rates data, or substantial parts of the site's content and present them as your own.

Advertising

The site may show third-party advertising in future. Advertising does not influence the figures, the rates, or the order of results. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
